Homemade Organic Oatmilk

Homemade Organic Oatmilk

Organic Oatmilk
Making your own oat milk is super easy. It's only 4 ingredients plus:
✨No preservatives and additives
✨You can make it organic to avoid glyphosate (the main ingredient found in the weed killer, Round Up, which was discovered on oats and may be cancerous)
✨It costs less than $1 to make
✨It's dairy-free, vegan, gluten-free and refined sugar-free.

Here's how to make it.

🌿Ingredients
1 c Organic Oats (certified gluten-free if necessary)
4 c Super cold Filtered Water
1 Pitted Date (optional)
Splash of Vanilla (optional)

⭐Directions
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend for 1 minute. Pour into a nut milk bag (I bought mine on Amazon) covering a bowl, and SQUEEZE! Pour into a glass milk bottle and enjoy! Keeps fresh for up to 5 days in the refrigerator.
Keep the pulp for baking or overnight oats. See my recipes for Chocolate Chip Organic Oat Pulp Cookies and Brownies with Organic Oat Pulp.
