Kimberle Lau ’01, a Human Ecology alumna, is the founder of Bake Me Healthy, a brand offering allergen-free, vegan, and gluten-free baking mixes and cookies.
Her products are made without the nine most common food allergens and focus on inclusivity—so everyone can enjoy baked goods without worry. Bake Me Healthy also emphasizes sustainability by using upcycled ingredients to reduce food waste.

Her approach combines personal experience with innovation, collaborating with Cornell’s Food Venture Center to develop high-quality, allergy-safe treats.
