We encountered Bake Me Healthy at the Massachusetts GF Expo. My 6-year-old is not a huge fan of chocolate or cookies, but he absolutely loved these cookies. When offered “traditional” sugary GF chocolate chip cookies, he might eat one or part of one, but he scarfs down these entire packs as snacks and calls it “protein dessert.” Although I typically try to keep reviews focused on the product in question, I would like to commend the service here as well. We’ve ordered a few boxes of these cookies, and they always ship out super quickly. I’m pretty sure these get here faster than my Amazon orders. On our last order, Kimberle really went above and beyond with a personal note thanking us for our order and threw in a free banana bread mix. We went ahead and made it, thinking we would be eating it because our son is not big into sweets, but he LOVED the banana bread mix as well and wound up eating ¾ of it himself over the course of a few days. It’s nice to have safe, healthy options for school, parties, and snacks when we’re out and about. I can’t recommend these products or this company enough. These cookies have saved us from hanger more times than I can count.
