Here’s how to make them:
Ingredients:
Brownie Batter

1 c water

¼ c oil
Pumpkin Swirl Batter

⅔ c GF flour blend

1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

1 tsp cinnamon
-
¾ tsp baking powder
-
½ c pumpkin puree
-
¼ c plant milk (we love Trader Joe’s Pumpkin Milk)

2 tbsp oil
-
3 tsp vanilla
Directions

Preheat oven to 350F. Line 8x8” pan with parchment paper.

Whisk together brownie mix, water, and oil. Pour into pan.

In another bowl, whisk together GF flour, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, and baking powder.

Add in pumpkin puree, plant milk, oil, and vanilla. Stir together.

Add dollops in two rows. Using a knife swirl pumpkin batter into brownie batter.

Bake for 50 - 55 mins or until center is firm. Allow to cool completely.
