Pumpkin Swirl Brownies

Whip out those aprons, we're diving headfirst into the fall spirit with our Pumpkin Swirl Brownies made from our Dark Chocolate Fudgy Brownie Mix – and let us tell you, they're scarily delicious! 

These goodies are the real deal – they're vegan, gluten-free, nut-free, and free of the top 9 allergens! No tricks, just treats! 

Did we mention these brownies are sweetened with nature's candy, pumpkin? It's the ultimate fall superfood, packed with beta carotene, fiber, and a generous dash of vitamin C. So not only are you indulging in decadence, but you're also nourishing your soul with goodness.

Here’s how to make them:

Ingredients:

Brownie Batter

Pumpkin Swirl Batter

  • ⅔ c GF flour blend

  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • ¾ tsp baking powder

  • ½ c pumpkin puree

  • ¼ c plant milk (we love Trader Joe’s Pumpkin Milk)

  • 2 tbsp oil

  • 3 tsp vanilla

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F. Line 8x8” pan with parchment paper.

  2. Whisk together brownie mix, water, and oil. Pour into pan.

  3. In another bowl, whisk together GF flour, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, and baking powder.

  4. Add in pumpkin puree, plant milk, oil, and vanilla. Stir together.

  5. Add dollops in two rows. Using a knife swirl pumpkin batter into brownie batter.

  6. Bake for 50 - 55 mins or until center is firm. Allow to cool completely.
