We encountered Bake Me Healthy at the Massachusetts GF Expo. My 6-year-old is not a huge fan of chocolate or cookies, but he absolutely loved these cookies. When offered “traditional” sugary GF chocolate chip cookies, he might eat one or part of one, but he scarfs down these entire packs as snacks and calls it “protein dessert.” Although I typically try to keep reviews focused on the product in question, I would like to commend the service here as well. We’ve ordered a few boxes of these cookies, and they always ship out super quickly. I’m pretty sure these get here faster than my Amazon orders. On our last order, Kimberle really went above and beyond with a personal note thanking us for our order and threw in a free banana bread mix. We went ahead and made it, thinking we would be eating it because our son is not big into sweets, but he LOVED the banana bread mix as well and wound up eating ¾ of it himself over the course of a few days. It’s nice to have safe, healthy options for school, parties, and snacks when we’re out and about. I can’t recommend these products or this company enough. These cookies have saved us from hanger more times than I can count.

I absolutely love these cookies so much I’ve been low key hiding them from my kids! They’re soft, gooey, sweet, delicious, satisfy my sweet cravings but without any guilt. Perfect portions. Love love love.

The packaging and portability of the cookies were great. My husband and also felt it tasted great but the texture of the cookie can be improved. Currently the cookies are smashed together so when opening the packet, it feels more like two cookies than four. Ideally a harder texture on the outside and softer middle might be better.

OBSESSED! Tried these at the GF Expo before they launched and they are SO good. I regretted not buying more at the Expo because we had to wait for them to launch to buy more.

Absolutely delicious! 🤤 added 2 scoops of protein powder and 2 scoops of collagen powder and a handful of walnuts to the banana bread mix and made the most amazing protein cookies. Thank you for a product that is not only safe for me to eat but yummy too!

While all the mixes from the brand are great, the carrot cake might be our new favorite. The flavor profile is complex and delightful. The cake was light and fluffy. My two year old kept asking for more (and we know how picky kids can be), it was gone within a day.

For me, I personally loved the dark chocolate flavor and the touch of sweetness. It’s rich in flavor and moist! A brownie mix I can feel good about serving from a health and taste standpoint!

My mom's fave cake is carrot cake so I surprised her with these gf & vegan cupcakes for the Super Bowl! They were sooo moist and the gluten-eating bf also gave em two thumbs up!

With my busy schedule, it's so nice to be able to bake something quickly and healthy. The carrot cupcake was very light and tasty. It is a great afternoon snack with a cup of tea.
