Ingredients
- Bake Me Healthy Banana Bread & Muffin Mix
- 1 c Plant Milk
- 1/3 c Oil
- 2 tbsp Coconut Sugar
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
Directions
Combine mix, plant milk, and oil. Scoop into piping bag and pipe into donut pan. Bake for 10 - 12 minutes at 350F. While donuts are baking, combine coconut sugar and cinnamon in a bowl. Allow to cool for 1 minute and carefully dip both sides of donuts in the cinnamon sugar. Place on cooling rack to cool or simple enjoy the moist, yummy donuts warm (the best way to eat them).
